• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your credit card data)
• Report request details and any notes you provide

• Generate and deliver personalized timeshare research reports
• Process payments securely
• Send your report and related communications to your email address
• Improve our service and report quality

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely via Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We only share data with our service providers (such as Stripe for payments and Supabase for data hosting) to the extent necessary to operate ResortBrief.

5. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, email us at support@resortbrief.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe and confirm once your data has been removed from our systems.

ResortBrief is intended for users 18 years of age or older. Our service is designed for adults attending timeshare or vacation ownership presentations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
