ResortBrief™ is operated by Beron Enterprises LLC. We provide timeshare intelligence reports to help consumers make informed decisions before attending vacation ownership presentations.

• Presentation details you enter in the report form (such as dates, location, and any notes you provide)
• Payment confirmation from our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)

• Generate your personalized timeshare research report
• Send the report to your email address
• Improve our research and report quality
• Process your payment securely

We do not use your data for marketing emails, advertising profiles, or any purpose outside of delivering and improving our reports.

Payment processing

We collect payment information via Stripe, a leading PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank account details on our servers. Stripe handles all sensitive payment data under their own security and privacy standards.

Data storage and security

We use secure cloud infrastructure to store and manage report data. Our hosting platform provides industry-standard encryption, access controls, and infrastructure security. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated companies. The only third parties that may receive your data are our service providers (Stripe for payments, our cloud database host, and email delivery services) — and only to the extent necessary to operate ResortBrief.

Your rights and data deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, contact us at support@resortbrief.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe and confirm once your data has been removed from our systems.

Age restriction

ResortBrief is intended for users 18 years of age or older. Our service is designed for adults attending timeshare or vacation ownership presentations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of ResortBrief after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
